The Generational Bridge

Our April shows focus on a very timely topic, the challenge of generational differences.  In this show we take a look at the different age categories, helping our listeners to become familiar with each of them.  We also explore the various dilemmas and challenges inherent in feeling like we are from different planets sometimes!  Deeping our understanding always leads to more compassion and acceptance......and yes, even appreciation, of those whose world view and perspectives differ from our own.  "Chai Chat:Creating New Worlds At Work" comes to you twice a month, co-hosted by Mary Rauchenstein, MA, Creative Leadership Guru, and Victoria A.
