Please join me as we explore the differences and similarities that span five generations within our families and our work force. A show for us both personally, and professionally. Through better understanding of each generation we increace our ability to work together more successfully, and by understanding the motivating factors of the various generational birth cohorts in our lives and in the workplace we learn what motivates each generation. This show will help if you if manage and work with multi generations; it will also help you know how to recruit and retain them; how their learning styles differ, and how to manage the multi-generational work force. Furthermore, you will improve your relationships with your parents, your kids, younger friends, older friends, etc.. as you gain understanding into all the different generations you are interacting with socially, relationally and emotionally. Understanding a person's generational orientation will improve communcation, intimacy, at the same time it decreases offense, conflict, and confusion.
If you are listening to this show as a manager you will learn that through understanding and accepting the reference points and orientation of each generation, you will increase managerial competencies, productivity, and enjoyment. You will be more apt to manage and recognize giftedness and understand how to better develop others while retaining the individuals we have invested in. With greater understanding and acceptance you will work better together. When we work better together we have greater accuracy and less mistakes; we are better able to meet deadlines, and we make more money.
GENERATIONS of QUEERS is an art exhibition that pairs an older generation of activists and artists with a younger generation of artists and activists. Not only an exhibition, there will be artists talks, tours, a blog and the launch of a graphic novel. The artists are guest Elisha Lim as well as John Greyson, Robert Flack and Kiley May. The differences and the similarites are there and what is the thread that unites them into something that is queer?
And whatever age you are, ya gotta laugh. We'll be talking to comic Paul Hutcheson who's part of The Queer As F*ck Comedy Night. A regular comedy night that brings together a bunch of queers who want to make yo laugh. No jokes about old wrinkly nude men will be made!

We hire and fire them. We work with and market to them. Generation Y has been the subject of thousands of hours of conference and webinar sessions and I am still not sure I "get" them. This week Heather Anderson of the CU Times will talk about her real life experience working with Generation Y and the future of Generations at Work.
Join Sharon and Jim Eaglewolf - Spirit Twins - Sunday, 3/23 at 2 PM MST, 4 PM EST, 9 PM London and 10 PM Israel time as we talk about the importance of the mutual work of all generations in this time of big changes.
Black Elk talked about how the 7 generations would come together and work as one – this is not meant to be only words or a prophecy, but to also be in actions that will ask each and every one of us to be involved. We are all important, each in his/her own way with our own roles, in the circle of flow as one, together in balance.
Young and old need to step on the road and walk together; we need each other to work unconditionally on restoring the balance. However restoring balance isn't enough because we also need to learn how to maintain the balance by respecting each generation (whether elder or young ones), completing each other, sharing with each other, and exploring with each other. By doing so our circle of trust and surrender will be stronger and much more in balance. And we will be able to grow and evolve spiritually as a circle.
Let's share our thoughts and ideas about the generations working as one in harmony. We will share and will ask for your comments and questions and experiences with other generations.
We are choosing topics for the Healing Mirror Holders radio show that allow for discussion with the listeners around subjects that are sometimes controversial; but that we feel need to be aired. We hope to have people who follow diverse spiritual paths join us on air. All thoughts and opinions will be presented for discussion and debate.
See you all there!
