The Picture of a Generational Blessing

    in Religion

Pastor Brad Morgan of New Life Beginnings Church in Pattison, TX continues teaching from Genesis 26. Genesis 26:1-3 says, "There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, in Gerar. Then the Lord appeared to him and said: “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you.  Dwell in this land, and I will be with you and bless you; for to you and your descendants I give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father." Here we see the relationship between the father and the son, but more importantly we see that God is going to lead the son in a different way. While God let Abraham the father go to Egypt during a famine (Genesis 12:10), God told his son Isaac to not go to egypt, but stay in the land of the famine. This is a picture of a generational blessing.

Isaac was one that honored his father Abraham, went to the alter and was willing to be slain (Genesis 22). Isaac had great trust in his father. It is equally important that father's are diligent to not pass on generational sin. Be willing to be vulnerable to your sons and daughters and let them know where you have messed up or made a mistake.

The generational blessing was passed down from Abraham to Isaac, but Isaac lived his own life and received his own blessing from God.

Pastor Brad continues to teach from Genesis 26 about the picture of generational blessing and how the relationship of Abraham and Isaac demonstrated this.

"Exposing the Myth of Generational Curses!"

    in Spirituality

Christians I beg you to PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE start reading your Word!  Our level of ignorance is staggering when it comes to the things of God and His glorious Kingdom!

There is a trend in the church today to try to blame every sin and problem on some sort of generational curse. This is not biblical. God’s warning to visit iniquity on future generations is part of the Old Testament Law. A generational curse was a consequence for a specific nation (Israel) for a specific sin (idolatry). The history books of the Old Testament (especially Judges) contain the record of this divine punishment meted out.

Tonight we are going to obliterate the myth of the "generational curse" in the IC and expose it as just another "fear tactic" to get you to be submissive to the witchcraft and divination coming from the pulpit.

Is it possible that you can be paying for SINS your great, great ,great, great, great, great grandfather committed and you claim to be a born again believer? Absolutely NOT! We are going to end this foolishness TONITE on 'P2T"!

Understanding the Generational blessing of God

    in Religion

Pastor Brad Morgan of New Life Beginnings Church in Pattison, TX continues teaching from Genesis 26. Genesis 26:1-2 says, "There was a famine in the land, besides the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Abimelech king of the Philistines, in Gerar. Then the Lord appeared to him and said: “Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I shall tell you."

We are living in an hour where God is wanting to raise up sons and daughters. Isaac was Abraham's physical son, and it needs to be clear that as fathers and mothers we need to provide a doorway or a bridge  that our sons and daughters will be able to do more than we do. The point is that we are not trying to make clones, we are trying to teach people principles, get under them as leaders and push them to a place they have never been before.

Isaac was told by God to dwell in Gerar, which means a place of temporary dwelling. The land that calls us to dwell in is a progressive land. Go to the place of your assignement and a generational blessing will be released to you.

Isaac sowed in the land of his assignement. Our assignement is not just connected to one land, it is connected to being led by the Spirit of God.

Isaac's blessing was a magnification of his father Abraham. This is the way that it should be for mothers and fathers and their children in the Christian life.

Differences Between Men and Women Regarding Love & FREE PSYCHIC READINGS!!!

    in Spirituality

As a psychic I get many love relationship questions from women and men.  I also get love relationship questions from gays and lesbians.  Many of these answers still have to do with the feminine and masculine energy. Feminine and masculine energy is the same.  Women and feminine energy tend to be more sensitve.  The feminine side will analyze everything said indepth and hold on to anything said that makes them sad.  This is the sensitive side and it is hard to get over something said whether it was meant that way or not.

Women want to talk about their love relationship. They want to discuss where things are going and where they stand. Is there a commitment?  The feminine energy will tend to express what their needs are and many times men will not reciprocate back.  Men will often close down their emotions.  Now, there are many men who will make women feel guilty and you can be in an emotionally dysfuntional relationship.

Men often have a harder time getting over their past love.  They are often afraid to take their chances again. Women are more likey to do so and probably are the stronger of the two sexes. i will explain everything in detail. One thing I noticed is when a man says something they mean it but a woman will try and make an excuse for it and you must listen to what is being said. When someone says they don't want to commit. They mean it.

    Love and Light,

  • Tolerance; are our differences holding us back

    in Lifestyle

The saying goes, our differences is what makes this country great. Many can argue that our differences is what's slowing down progress in this country. Have we grown as a nation when it comes to accepting others as they are, working together for a better society. Or are we stuck? Demanding things of others to make us feel good.
