We all know most of the secrets of logevity, don't smoke, don't drink in excess, eat your veggies, exercise everyday, get enough sleep, relax but this may be new to you...CULTIVATE MORE FRIENDS AND LAUGH MORE!

In a recent Austrlian Study found people with a large network of pals were 22% less likely to die prematurely.  Having friends, men/female have a positive on stress-levels and brain health, even your immune system.

Want to make new friends, try new activities that interest you, walking, hiking etc.  If you're religious try a new church.

You just gotta get yourself out there!
