Change is not easy to implement but when it fails to happen, leaders usually forget that it is not because obstacles are unsurmountable but because the people involved are not on the same page, and therefore resist change. People get in their own way.
It is a continuous challenge for leaders to make the improvements that are needed, but continuing to do the same things that brought the situation on in the first place will definitely not work. Creating change in an organization means finding new ways for the leader to engage with the group.
