Ready For Lift Off (US Show) Future Recruiting: Transactional or Relational

Last week i was in Toronto for the excellent unconference Recruitfest09. Recruiters from all over America & Canada (& me as a token Brit), talking recruiting & recruiting issues. My track focussed on Phoenix Recruiting, making the most of the recovery. The discussions concluded with "Recruitment: Transactional or Relational in the future." I will share the views of the recruiters present as well as those of Gerry Crispin who hosted the closing track. All callers very welcome for what promises to be a lively debate.
