In an unexpected turn of events another issue has found its way into the 2020 Election- the death of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

The Constitution is behind President Trump and the Republican held Senate in his duty to nominate a replacement to fill the seat and the Senate's duty to vote. The Democrats response is to threaten to stack the Supreme Court, make Puerto Rico and Washing DC, two liberal bastions, into states, and use intimidation by alluding to more violence in the streets if they do not get their way.

The Democrats need the courts to be as they are because they plan to use it in their attempt to thwart a President Trump victory.
