We didn't want our BangTheBook Radio listeners to go until Wednesday without hearing host Adam Burke, so he and Kyle Hunter got together on Sunday afternoon and put together a Festivus/Christmas Eve edition of everybody's favorite sports betting podcast. The guys talked for just under an hour about seven bowl games - the First Responder Bowl between Boston College and Boise State, the Quick Lane Bowl between Minnesota and Georgia Tech, the Cheez-It Bowl between TCU and Cal, the Independence Bowl between Duke and Temple, the Pinstripe Bowl between Miami and Wisconsin, the Texas Bowl between Vanderbilt and Baylor, and the Music City Bowl between Purdue and Auburn.
They also talked about the current state of affairs in college basketball, as conference play starts this week for a lot of teams and it will be important to take some precautions as you're looking at these matchups. They also looked at a couple of regression candidates and several games and situational spots for Saturday and Sunday so that you can bang the books in college hoops.
