Barrel Child. Understanding Move-into cultures in partial Youth

Our Guest Speaker will be Ms. Pamela Marshall, author of Barrel Child and a bi-cultural mother herself,  who wrote a book that affects us all living in the land of immigrants. We will also discuss how this book relates to Children Are Like Cupcakes when children suddenly move from one culture to the next and how it affects sense of self.  Children Are Like Cupcakes also may be helpful for children who grow up in two cultures and old enough to witness the change.
