Interview With John Yoo

John Yoo is a Professor of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, and a visiting scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.  He is a former advisor in the Justice Department as well as a former clerk to Justice Clarence Thomas. His previous books have include Crisis and Command, War by Other Means, The Powers of War and Peace, and, his latest book, Point of Attack: Preventive War, International Law, and Global Welfare.
