It was so good we had to continue the conversation.

Has the Black Church Failed US?

We will continue our conversation on religion, spirituality, and faith. What is holding us back and how can we improve. We will discuss the manipulation and control that is used in the church, church code and how to decipher it, and the lack of focus on mental health, substance abuse, incarceration, and domestic violence in the community, the congregation, and the pulpit..


What are our expectations, experiences, and situations that allow and employ us to go back over and over again. 
How many people worship their pastors instead of GOD? Do our churches focus more on Wealth than Health and Soul Saving? Are we representing anything different than we see in the WORLD?

We will also add discussions around the music/musicians, preacher/ reality tv stars, celebrity status, contribution, obligation, and/ or mandate to their parishioners, leadership team, and themselves. 

We hope all of you will join us for this discussion of how the one pivotal force in our communities has now turned into a "joke" for many non believers and a "circus" for Christians and believers to gather and become monotonous.
