Meet Donna Freeman- Yoga in My School

Donna Freeman is a yoga teacher and instructor in Alberta, Canada. She has been teaching kids and teens yoga since 2002. Donna also trains parents and teachers to get more familiar with yoga. To show her enthusiasm and love for yoga, she created a yoga school.  Her yoga school is called Yoga in My School.  Listen to this broadcast to find out how teaching children and teens yoga has transformed her own life.
