Join me and E.B. Ferdig, www.ebyogatherapy.com, as we discuss how Integrated Movement Therapy is used in children's yoga classes. The IMT® method helps children of all abilities, including those on the Autism spectrum and those with attention deficit issues. Using yoga as a medium for games, language development and socialization, kids enjoy this fun, engaging activity. E.B. has been practicing yoga therapy since 2005, helping clients with a variety of particular issues, including chronic pain, stroke recovery, post-partum fitness, depression/anxiety, ADD/ADHD, sensory integration disorder, eating disorders and body image issues. Questions are welcome! Visit www.yogaandlife.com for more updates on interview topics.
