On March 23rd we're talking to Lisa Avellino, Fitness Director at NY Health & Wellness. Lisa is one of America’s top fitness & YOGA experts, a celebrity trainer, the creator of the ISO-Towel Weight Loss Workout DVD series, and the "Reboot" fitness program and examiner & presenter for AFAA(Aerobic Fitness Association of America). She started teaching classes as a young teen at the fitness center that she now owns.
