Join Dr. Cheryl Cottle and her guest Kathryn MacDougall on Women in Business Radio where they will be focusing on the segment: Spirituality and Business. Today's episode is on Spirituality and the Woman - - How Important is it to Living a Life of Abundance?  Dr. Cottle is an advocate of spirituality and the individual and believes that it should be an integral part to how we live and says that "it should be our core by which we live and as a  result should permeate into every facet of our lives." In addition, Dr. Cottle believes that self-love, high self-esteem, high self-concept and self-confidence, are some of the attributes that a woman should have to live a life of abundance, meaning, purpose and authenticity. Kathryn MacDougall brings to the table both her gift to the world as an humanitarian and her business acumen as an international business advisor and senior executive, coupled with years spent as  a corporate attorney brokering deals and structuring joint ventures and international mergers and acquisitions.

Kathryn left the corporate world behind in 2008 and never looked back. That decision brought her down a road of self-discovery back home to living a more authentic life, to a deeper understanding of who she really is and what she really wants to do...to have fun and to inspire everyone to live healthier, more abundant and meaningful lives. Her conscious shift towards focusing on doing what she loves has led her to delightful opportunities including working with a film production team, being approached to co-author a book and establishing a business network for entrepreneurs.
