This episode will discuss the futility of taking sides in a military conflict not involving your own country.  We will also discuss topics of current interest to Americans.

War is supposed to be a remedy of last resort.  When a nation cannot diplomatically resolve its conflict with either its own people or with another country, war is the final option and should not be entered into lightly.  If the conflict between the two factions involves allocation of resources or religious differences, war is totally unnecessary and should be avoided.  But, when two factions decide that war is necessary to resolve the conflict, other nations not involved in the conflict should not engage in the practice of taking sides.  This will only serve to either prolong the war or to escalate it.  Meanwhile, innocent people will be killed and the blame for their deaths falls not just on the warring factions but also on those who support one side or the other.

Dru Forseti with his friend Homo Loki will discuss this topic as well as others of import such as the Republican decision to sue the President.
