On August 9th, 2014, 18-year-old, Michael Brown was shot to death by Ferguson police officer, Darren Wilson. To date, Darren Wilson has not been arrested and charged. To date, the citizens of Ferguson have no protection. Many are wondering how to move forward. This is ONE option. According to Missouri statutes §77.650 and 78.260, Ferguson residents have grounds to force a recall election of city officials, whom in turn can affect the police force.
