How can we evolve through adversity and change our lives? It is one of life’s greatest questions. Come hear Seconde Nimenya share how she overcame adversities in her life and how you can too. From her presentation, you will gain new insights to help you overcome adversity, acknowledge your purpose in life, and follow your passion to honor your true self.

Seconde Nimenya is an inspirational speaker, diversity advocate and international award-winning author of Evolving Through Adversity, a story of her life journey in which she shares the life lessons she has learned along the way. Her second book, A Hand to Hold is a novel of love, healing and redemption. And her third book, A Leader’s Companion Workbook to Evolving Through Adversity is filled with leadership insights for personal and professional development.

Seconde is a firm believer that despite our social identities such as race, gender, ethnicity, religion and sexual orientation, we are far more alike than different. She advocates for diversity and inclusion in the workplace and education systems, as well as raises key global issues such as the violence against women, child marriage and education for girls.

Her TEDx Talk on race and other identity constructs, titled, “We Are Not All That Different” is hailed as the most inspirational TEDx talk for our times. As a frequent keynote speaker, trainer and advocate, Seconde inspires people on how to bridge the gaps between our diverse and multicultural communities. www.SecondeNimenya.com
