Welcome to Blog Talk Radio and the Voice of Change.  I'm Sharon Ann Wikoff and delighted to be here with you for another program.  Many times over the last 12 + years, I've done programs around the important of taking TIME for yourself!  This has never been a more important topic than NOW!  No matter what your role in life in, no matter where you live, no matter your age, taking time to step back or side step life and LOOK at yourself objectively and seeing what YOU need in this moment is ESSENTIAL!!  This past week as I was journaling, I wrote out:   "CARE 4 SELF"!   And then I began looking at each letter in the phrase, and writing out words to describe various aspects of care 4 self.   And then just today, I was reflecting on the 4 and feel it is important to just pick 4 aspects of self-care to reflect on and practice at any one time.
