Acting to Cope with Carmen Severino in Chicago

Ten years ago Carmen began her healing journey when she became ready to face the trauma of her youth. From the age of eleven years to seventeen Carmen was sexually abused; the grooming began at six years of age.

As an adult how do you work through the experience of childhood sexual assault?
