And with the staggering unemployment rate, decrease of companies brave enough to hire, and candidates getting frustrated as the days drag on, looking for a job and finding candidates has turned into a nightmare. There are right ways to approach a recruiter and wrong ways. There are things a good recruiter should do and shouldn't do.
