Meet Our Guest: A Christian Speaker, Author and Servant leader, I have always had a passion for people, speaking, and training. My career began in a unique way, yet it brought me closer to my purpose with each successive step. As a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, I joined American Airlines as an aircraft mechanic. Three years later, I advanced to the level of supervisor for the global airline. Eventually, I became the Regional Manager of Aircraft Maintenance of Southern California. After spending 14 years with American Airlines, I joined a small aviation company in Northern California, as Director of Aircraft Maintenance.

I desired to learn more about Servant Leadership and Customer Service. My next steps were to join the management teams of The Men’s Wearhouse, Starbucks Coffee Company, and attain my degree in Speech Communications. It was not long ago that my life was heading down the wrong path. I learned the cost and emptiness of pursuing my career-dream over God’s Plan.

Stepping out on faith, I founded JBI Leadership Group in 2000. I am a National Retreat, Keynote and Conference Speaker, who passionately encourages others to live for Christ. My passion is helping men and women become positive, and effective leaders in all areas of their lives for Christ.

In today’s busy world, men and women seek answers for leading a more balanced and godly life. I take my calling to lead, teach, and encourage others seriously. Humor, personal transparency and biblical teaching are always included in my presentations. I believe God gives us test, that we may have a testimony!
