How about the Fact that there is no Article 1 Tribunal, such as the State Court who conducts these illegal so called "Foreclosures" are taking place, that has more Authority and Jurisdiction than Man/Woman known in Commerce as a Natural Person, ie, "Consumer".THOR doesnt believe in capitulation, neither being a minor, subordinate to third parties, especially Debt Collectors. Therefore THOR doesn't put Credence in Case Law, which are BAR Reviews for the Legal Society, either warning them on how to screw the Natural Person, Consumer, or what not to do to the Natural Person. As educated Consumers, we should care not about Case Law, that is for their Society, our Society are Consumer Advocates and we rely upon the CFPB, FTC and Consumer Protection Laws, only. Most State Courts that conduct Foreclosures are only Article 1 Tribunals, that means they have NO Judicial Power, at all, and are only Administrators, not Judges. With that saidm even if they were Judges at a "State" level, they do not Trump, Federal Law which is where your remedy and jurisdiction lies. In other words, a State Arbitrator, Administrator, or if you like to mislabel them as Judges, lacks authority to interfere with Federal affairs, like the FDCPA. You think we are kidding, we can prove it to you. Does not your legal person have dual citizenship, State and Federal. Ok. Well isnt the FDCPA, federal in nature and not state related. I know, I know, you will say well THOR, the property is in the State, County....really is it?
