Saturday, December 7th at 10:00am PST/1:00pm EST:
Join us for an interview with attorney Mark Stopa from Florida:
We will discuss the current foreclosure fraud atmosphere, how dismissed cases are keeping people in their homes for now, and what we can expect after a case gets dismissed.
Attorney Stopa:"Over the past few years, I’ve been able to get many hundreds of foreclosure cases dismissed. I’d like to think I’ve had a successful foreclosure defense practice, and I feel like I’ve made a difference for homeowners. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been a rewarding, enjoyable career path. For many homeowners, though, it’s not enough. A dismissal without prejudice means the bank can re-file, and they want more: ”Quiet title.” “Eliminate my mortgage.”
and at 11:00am PST/2:00pm EST my guest will be Doug Boggs (CA):
Doug is pro se foreclosure fraud fighter who previously shared his foreclosure story on my program. This time I would love to show you the other side of Doug - he's also an Ordained Minister, Energy worker and Healer, Mystic, Poet, Writer. We will discuss the process of intention and manifestation, the art of breathing and other meditation techniques that help you stay strong and positive when the world outside seems to be tearing at you.
Sunday, January 26th, 2014 at 1:00pm EST
Robert Tuna Townsend (NV) - a homeowner and a foreclosure fraud activist - will discuss how losing in district court can be a very good thing.
Doug Boggs (CA) - is an Ordained Minister, Spiritual and Energetic Healer, Mystic, Writer, and Activist, who's fighting his own Pro Per foreclosure legal battle against Wells Fargo. This is part of the ongoing discussion series about meditation and personal power. This week we will discuss the necessity to forget everything you thought you knew.
Please join us on: Sunday, January 12th, 2014 at 10:00am PST/1:00pm PST
Lee Perry (CA) - fighting foreclosure fraud on his own since 2009. His case is now in the Appellate Court. Lee would also talk about importance of this legislation - AB1240. Lee's suggesting that California homeowners contact Hon. Brian Jones (R-Dist 71) of the state Assembly to actively promote this bill. This bill corrects statutory language that will require the recording of deed of trust loan assignments if the assignee wants to preserve the option of non-judicial foreclosure.
Doug Boggs (CA) is an Ordained Minister, Spiritual Guide, Energetic Healer, Mystic, Meditation Teacher, Writer, and Activist, who has been fighting his own foreclosure legal battles against the banks acting as his own attorney. This is the third of a long series of discussions to help others concentrate more on the practical part of meditation and how to silence your mind, and how this can help us in our every day relationships with everyone and give those who are steepened in their legal battles the personal power to carry forward.
The foundation of America is being eroded every day...Thousands are losing their homes through fraudulent foreclosures with no one to turn too. There are still people out there who are blaming the victims; but, if I were to show you that your mortgage is fraudulent and your servicer is not the one that owns your mortgage, would you still continue to pay? If you say yes, then for me you are a fool, and you are the biggest part of the problem. You are closing your eyes to the fraud in front of you - you choose to live a lie, instead to stand up and demand the answers.

We should all stop and think about the facts in front of us and ask ourselves – How with a clear conscience can we let this continue?

I cannot tell you which direction to take, but I can share my story with you to show that we are not alone in these struggles.
Sunday, February 2nd at 10:00am PST/1:00pm EST
Grace Ross (MA) - Coordinator at Mass Alliance Against Predatory Lending will discuss a bill that has been unanimously approved by the Massachusetts Senate (Bill S.1987) - a bill that would restore the titles of foreclosed properties to homeowners. Grace said the following about this bill:"This does NOT fix titles for those foreclosed. It wipes out the "former" owner's claims if you don't file your suit & a copy in the Registry in 1 to 3 years so the next owner keeps the home no matter what you can prove later"
We will also discuss some break through information on wider foreclosure issues.
***An invitation to Senator Michael O. Moore, a sponsor of this bill, to appear on this program, has also been extended.
