Renters Warehouse has just announced that they’ve merged with Greg Rand’s Own America, and Abhi and Kevin talk about the behind-the-scenes aspects of that decision. Among the most important aspects of the merger is the ability to make it easier for REIs to buy and conduct business on a platform which — until now — wasn’t available to investors.
The good thing about this merger for the investor, especially those who are just getting involved in the industry, is that with Renters Warehouse and OwnAmerica teamed up, they’ll be able to provide educational resources, analytical tools, and properties to shop around for, all online.
