Generational Diversity: Who Manages Whom?

Have you noticed that articles and seminars typically note "managing Millenials" (otherwise known as Generation Y, born between 1980-2000)? What came to mind was, "Why is it that Millenials need to be managed? Why not Boomers or Gen-Xers?" Today's segment explores four generations in the workplace, identifies many of their uniquenesses, and offers suggestions on working together more effectively.
