-Eat enough; make sure you are figuring out how many calories you should have and stick to it. -Watch your carb intake; Get a clear understanding of what your macronutrients are and log your food to prevent over carbing -Eliminate foods high in sugar, including fruits. -Increase protein -Resistance training - don't over cardio -Drink water!!!! Your body will try to hold on to what it has if you don't flush it out.
