A House Divided - Division in Discipline.

What happens when house is divided by itself? It falls. So many families are in turmoil because of parental disciplining are divided. We don't always agree with our spouses/mates on how they discipline, but when you confront the other parent in front of the child, what message(s) are you sending to that child?
