Has Our President Been Blackmailed? - Obama Pays Iran $400M for Hostages

According to the Wall St. Journal and others,  Obama Admin.pays Iran first installment of $400M out of $1.7B for American hostaes.  However, the Administration says it was for a 1979 arms deal negotiated by the Hague. 

We also gave 7 prisoners of theirs back and promised not to extradite 12 more.  We got 4 back.  They still have more.

I can't help but wonder after 7 1/2 years of Obama siding with our enemies, if he hasn't been blackmailed.

We all know Hillary more than likely is and has been.  Do we really want more of this?
