A number of prominent elected officials have been indicted, tried and sentenced to prison for some type of violation of the public's trust. Prison is possibly the most emotionally traumatic life experience next to sickness and death, particularly for one who has experienced the highest heights of success as an elected official.  How does one cope with the public shame, humiliation, loss of status, and loss of wealth? Is it possible to bounce back and start a new career after serving time? Former elected official and now St. Louis radio talk show host Talibdin El Amin looks at life after prison. Chicago journalist Nate Clay examines the pattern of politicians who have fallen from grace and some who have managed to rise again.
