Women On A Mission Brings Helpful Ministry To The People

Inspired by her work as a visiting nurse in the homes of people, Pastor Juliette Holmes realized that many individuals had serious needs but often had no one to turn to for help. She created Women On A Mission Recource Center, Inc. and after 13 years of service on Chicago's south side, Pastor Holmes has set the example of the power of a spiritual ministry that goes beyond preaching within the four walls of a building. On Saturday, April 27, 2013, Pastor Holmes is celebrating 10 years of a successful Prayer Ministry that has helped people transform their lives. Addressing such conditions as drug addiction, homelessness, lack of food, and physical illness, Pastor Holmes and the Women On A Mission provide needed services along with prayers, giving the helping hand that people need to pull themselves up.
