Anger is perhaps the most interesting emotion of all. It is usually perceived as being negative, whereas it's natural to be angry. How you channel your anger is the issue. Like happiness, there is a sudden presence of energy, released in an outburst, aimed in a particular direction. Though at times it may be difficult to focus, anger can be used positively as motivation. Anger without focus of rational judgement can result in events of complete devastation and regret; guilt followed by depression. Having an outlet for such form of nature is healthy in numerous ways. Objectives, projects, missions, etc. can be completed, accomplished to an elite degree of success when this phenomenal yet common emotional alternative is controlled and given positive purpose.
