The relationship between Black people and the Democrat Party has been amongst the most sordid and pathologic of any significant political realities in the history of the US.  Almost everwhere any one cares to look in the US,  the legacy of thiis relationship is one of failure,  depravity,  povery, crime, lack of opportunity and untold misery for generations sdince the inception of the Democrat Party in the early 19th century..
