What image are the Trumps projecting with their expensive clothes, arms deals and unlikely bedfellows?

Trump made a huge deal of $110 billion with the Saudi's but why?  The Saudis have a strong hand in the demise of the Yemenese government.  Their definition of terrorism is being out of compliance with their royal goverment edicts.

We have to factor in also other events this week; like England does not want to share intelligence with the U.S. anymore, at least not in Manchester Concert attack and Chanceloor Merkel is projecting that the Europeans cannot completely depend on America anymore.
