In this episode of Tiny Giant Losses, we share a Metta (or 'Loving-Kindness') Meditation exercise, continue to discuss The Six Steps of Healing with Step Two (Engage the Energy), review "Layla's Story" (a memoir about infant death, abortion, fertility and age), and hear Lindsey interview herself (don't worry--it'll make sense when you hear it).

Lindsey is the founder of Tiny Giant Losses. She has trained as a healer and shaman under herbalist / Wise Woman Susun Weed and with a tea master in Taiwan. She had a miscarriage in 2014 and lost her infant son to unknown causes in 2015. (They're both pictured here, shortly after the birth.) Her drive to empower other women to transform after babyloss inspired her to start Tiny Giant Losses. You can learn more about Lindsey on Patreon.
