With all of the background checks that are necessary in order to open a child care facility it's a wonder that we still uncover multiple incidences of child abuse. It can leave you wondering if you can't trust the law, then who can you trust? Is it even safe to trust grandma with your kids? It should be, but sadly enough it isn't always.
