Success to Go: Leslie Gay

We really dive into the importance of giving back on this episode of Success to Go with host Christopher Tompkins.  Special guest Leslie Gay of Painting with a Twist shares how she has built one of the strongest franchiese by giving back, listening to her customers and employees and lots more!

Leslie is originally from and grew up in New Martinsville, WV .  She graduated from Marshall University with a degree in marketing and accounting.  After owning her own dress shop for a couple of years after college, the business failed and she turned to her accounting degree to work for several different Universities and Colleges in financial reporting for grants and contracts awarded to these schools.  She was Director of Grants and Contracts Accounting at Tulane University and Manager of Regulatory Affairs before taking on a second career as owner of a Painting With A Twist studio.  She opened the first franchise of Painting With a Twist along with her husband in St Petersburg in 2009.  She is now the owner of studios in St Petersburg, Clearwater, and Pinellas Park.
