6:15-Sheniqua Johnson has been in the healthcare industry for over 20 years. She started out as a Certified Nursing Assistant while still in high school and went on to pursue her nursing degree. As a Health Coach, Sheniqua is able to guide individuals towards wellness of their physical, mental, and spiritual health. One of her notable accomplishments was designing and leading a health coach training program where Ms. Johnson successfully trained over 900 health coaches. Her program received rave reviews by healthcare leaders, her students, and even the patients they serviced.

7:15-Nova Adams Founder and Executive Director of DC Random Acts of Kindness. Nova is a national speaker, author and consultant. Nova's mission is to use her platform for good to spread light, love and joy thru social networking, team building, marketing and creating platforms for empowerment events. Our goal is to create joyfilled experiences one event at a time!

CaDori is the founder of CaDori Helping Hands, a non-profit charity to help people in need. She was once homeless and jobless, and had to live in a shelter temporarily when her children were young and knows first-hand the struggle of depending on good-hearted people and faith in God. CaDori founded the Helping Hands organization to help those in need in an effort to give back.
