The reality is...in one way or another, we have all been negatively impacted by something...and are in need of a RECOVERY PLAN to help us stand up, stand strong and grow to new heights of spiritual and physical wellness. Whether it be from drugs, alcohol, sex, bad relationships, food, fear, low self-esteem, negative people, negative Xperiences, societal conditioning, etc. there is something that we each need to face and deal with.  No matter what your "drug of choice" is, there is both hope and help.
