Chelle is an author, a blogger, an activist, nutritionist and the Chief Fun Officer of Food. She has spent a lifetime debunking the “common thoughts” and mistakes that people make concerning food, food choices and food lifestyles.
So, what do we really know about what to eat? Most of us just follow whatever are the most popular regimes, fad diets or whatever “the experts” or media says is the best for us, right? That’s what I used to do too. I was an exercise expert but not a food expert or nutritionist, but I knew enough to know I didn’t know anything.

Did you know that most of the choices that we make are done "unconsciously"? Hard to believe? It's true, even though we think we are making our choices from a conscious, informed basis. Along with that is a high level of Resistance that is a inherent in our thinking before and during the decision proces. All of this tends to result in stress, anxiety, and anger as well as a loss in personal freedom.

The Choices you make are a direct impact on your life. Today I am talking about the different choices in your life
Get ready to be motivated, inspired and empowered to be all that you can be.
It seems that more and more, we Americans are losing the ability to make significant choices in our lives. Individual freedom concerning the public display of religion and national pride and things that were always considered basic, traditional values are considered offensive to some who seem to be able to express the views without hindrance.
Resistance is not a new topic; it's been around forever causing many to experience stress, anger, and a host of other very uncomfortable emotions. Many biblical ana societal examples of Resistance exist for the observer to witness without having too much insightt in how to change the caustic atmosphere.
Where does REsistance come from and, just as importantly, what can I do to change any negative signs of Resistance in my own life? That's the topic for this message entitled, "Choices of Our Choosing--Clues to Eliminating Resistance."
Have you noticed, once you are feeling happy and can see you are making the right choices just for you, how new things seem to pop up that take your breath away about how you are moving forward?
As you begin to relax and get your stride with your new movement forward, you will be triggering other opinions and beliefs about different levels of your stories. So do not give up and think that you must throw away the understandings that you have already achieved.
Go ahead, strongly adding the process that you used in the beginning to start this process, but in the process you must add the successes of your recent walk onto the scale as you begin to see that these other layers of your stories coming to the surface.
The one thing that each of you must become accountable for is that you were conscious when you made the choices that you are not happy with today. Now do not get angry with yourself, that does not get you anywhere other than a longer period of not changing; It will keep you from moving into your place of trusting your internal heart.
You have already lived with each choice you have made and today, you feel in your heart, that you are not happy any longer with those choices. Just know now is the time you must not hide from your previous choices but look at them closely. In looking at them you can begin to see the real reason you made the choice.
You can see that you were very well aware that by making your choice it was not the best for you at all. That it was a temporary fix and you were telling yourself you could deal with anything that came up. Today you are looking at the effects of telling yourself you could make do.
So you have to love yourself enough to begin to look at it...

If we are to understand these things, first we need to understand why we think, feel, and act the way we do. We need to understand why and how we have become who we are, as well as why we react or respond in certain ways. When we understand ourselves, we can either accept the way we are or make changes so we will be able to accept ourselves.
What we believe and accept about ourselves determines our behavior and performance. These, in turn, create our results and our results affect our confidence levels.
