SISFI's Domestic Abuse in the LGBT Community. Real Talk

Abuse, Bullying, Domestic Violence and Suicide are nothing strange to the LGBT community as it is perpetrated by those in and outside of it. Our society today is not very welcoming to the LGBT community and so the abuse comes at them from different levels, groups, religions and cultures. For us at SISFI we see people as people, humans and just like everyone else, a person with a heart, mind and soul and if they are hurting and in pain we need to do what we can to help them.

This show series takes a look at the abuse and levels of proliferation within the community and how it impacts the members. We provide a voice and listening ears to speak and hear what is being experienced and needed to be shared. We invite everyone to join in and listen to the ills that hurt and rip apart the people who are LGBT and how they feel.

We invite members of the LGBT community to participate in the shows so we can help to build a better understanding of the challenges, issues, impacts and what hurts the most.
