We are going to be looking at three cases where Justice has been denied. Two are old and cold, one is live and very disturbing. Aaliyah Bedwell is just three years old, there is clear evidence of sexual abuse. Yet the authorities have shut their eyes and refuse to look at the evidence. Jan Barret was brutally raped and beaten when she was 18, no one was prosecuted because the attacker was a well known businessman. Ronald Scharff was killed execution style, the killer is well known, yet the police will not close the file. What is the common thread? Small comunities and families with pull.
