Every woman desires to be beautiful. But can every woman BE beautiful? My guests, Linda K. Smith and Teporah Bilezikian, say "yes." Thursday, February 25, 6:30pm ET these two women join me on She Struts Radio to share their wisdom about "The Mind, Body & Soul of a Beautiful Woman."

Linda Karen Smith, the owner of Bodi-Bank, a personal coaching and fitness business, was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York City. She was bused to school, to an all-white neighborhood. There are two things Linda loved to do: dance and run track. In the early 60s Linda started running track. In 1971 she started teaching dance in her community, and teaching exercise in the early 80's, way before Jane Fonda made her first DVD. Linda moved to Baltimore in 2003, and has been teaching dance and exercise ever since.

Teporah Bilezikian, a Baltimiore native, is the founder of Monave mineral cosmetics, a company that handcrafts natural, cruelty-free, gluten-free makeup for women of all complexions and lifestyles. She uses her company as a portal for consumer advocacy as it relates to toxins in personal care products, and their effects both on the planet, and on women's health. Monave also inspires and grows female entrepreneurship for women regrowing after trauma, abusive relationships, or from a life of manifesting someone else's dreams.

Teporah also writes and plays original music around the BMV corridor while raising two sons. She is a environmentalist, women's rights and civil rights activist.
