I AM A Willing Worker

The pain of rejection, neglect, abandonment and failure is sometimes so consuming that it paralyzes us.  Alot of us are not in relationships or are in unhealthy relationships because we are afraid of being alone.  We often choose Company over Character.  I have begun dating again(online) and I have found myself this go around being very selective, strategic and cautious because I don't want to make another mistake.  And yes that it is good however, when you begin to get to a place where you retreat without cause you understand that it is not because you are ensuring that you choose the right one but because of fear of choosing the wrong one.  How do you date?

Have you let go of what you previously did that landed you in that abusive relationship or do you keep that armour just in case someone tries to get close to you. Have you allowed yourself to heal from what they did to you or are you still holding everyone that tries to get close to you responsible for the actions of one person?  Whatever the situation know that God can help you.  The overwhelming neverending reckless love of God....it heals broken hearts, mends broken pieces, and rebuilds fractured esteems.
