Game One of the 2014 Subway Series is in the books.  Rising Apple staff writers Michael Lecolant and Sam Maxwell will recap Monday night's back and forth battle staged in the Bronx, in the 73rd episode of the Rising Apple Report.

The Mets are starting to call up new faces, and redistribute roles.  The general manager, Sandy Alderson, discussed these recent moves, while wild rumors abound of ownership's demise.
