Join Restoring Families Internet Radio (RFIR) on Sunday, March 18th; 9-11 p.m. EST., 8-10 p.m. CST., 7-9 p.m. MST., 6-8 p.m. PST. for Episode 146 – Corrective Punishment & Our Children! A video has surfaced just over a week ago on social media that has become a viral sensation due to a young boy from Roanoke, Virginia being punishment by his father. 10-year-old Haden Thornhill, son of Bryan Thornhill was kicked off the school bus for 3-days because he was acting out inappropriately and being a bully. As for a punishment, dad, Bryan Thornhill decided to have his son run the mile-long trip to school. On this day however, it just so happened it had been raining. The video has over 60 million hits since it’s gone viral and it is caused a bit of an up-roar. Many are applauding Bryan’s parenting, but many are in outraged saying this is child abuse and he is/has become the bully. What is right or wrong parenting? It begs the question; who is it really to decide what and how we can as parents, punish our child? How much is too much? Tonight, we are pleased and honored to welcome to our show, Bryan Thornhill.

We will also continue to promote the 3rd Annual Remembrance of Nancy Schaefer Rally taking place in Washington, DC, along the National Mall on Monday, March 26th from 9am to 5pm. This is a family friendly event and we welcome everyone to come out and have their voices be heard.
