Like The RESPECT Alliance, Mr. Baker recognizes the evils of bullying, low self esteem and anger, and has penned children's books entitled Just Like Me to help our babies, specifically minorities, deal with these issues in an effective manner.  We know that when these issues are present in school learning is hampered, so we at The RESPECT Alliance value ALL attempts to address and eradicate them.
