Great leaders know how to empower their staff, to in essence give them the reigns to take action and not be micromanaged by themselves or their managers.  But empowering staff can be scary for leaders as well.  What are the key steps that leaders and managers need to take in order to be empowering?  How do you let go of the control that you feel when you micromanage?  And how does the company benefit from empowering leadership?
