During Jerry Dyer's term as Chief of Police in Fresno, there have been 80 police murders... There are over 170 officers that have been involved in shootings and 37 officers who are repeat shooters. Eight of those officers have been involved in 3 or more. One officer currently on the force has shot 6 people. This is tantamount to a serial killer legally patrolling the streets of Fresno!!
