So many things in our life is pulling us away from love, to many work hours, to many out of the house activities, to many social medias to count requiring our time, and one of the biggest distractions out mobile devices.

I’m not just going to sugar coat the problem and make you feel good for a moment, I’m here to get to the root of your problems.
